本文适用于在职场上用英文交流的同学。

与外国友人打交道几年了，之间的邮件来往也有好几百封，现在是时候来总结一下职场英文相关套路了。这个职场英文主要围绕邮件为主，将持续更新一段时间。孔子言，温故而知新，可以为师矣。我写这些东西，目的不是为师矣，而是我想反复咀嚼什么才是地道的职场英文，并熟记于胸，同时分享给大家，共同学习。

请记住下面几句话，都是请查收附件的常用（我经常用）写法，后面有解析：

• Please find the attached file you requested
• Please find attached the file you have requested
• Please see the attached file for details (informal)
• Please refer to the attached file for your perusal

记得毕业后刚进入公司，领导就叫我写一封开发信，附上我们公司介绍的文件。我脑海中就浮现请查收附件这个雷打不动的句式，可是英文咋写啊？下面给出几种常用的句式：

1. Please refer to attachment for the XXX(文件名）
2. Here comes the update of the XXX as below
3. Attachment is the XXX for your reference
4. Please find the XXX in the attachment
5. Please find the attachment for XXX
6. Here is the XX
7. Please find attached XXX(文件名）
8. Please see the attached file for details (informal)

不怎么严谨的研究发现，上面的例子中都有attached，是附加的，粘上去的意思。 在职场邮件中，后置定语的用法并不怎么常见，因此下面这句话很少见，少用即可。

Please find the report attached （attached后置了，在职场英文中不常见，一般不用）

Find the Attached vs See the Attached

在邮件中，find=see。只不过在大多数人看来find有邮件丢失，让别人寻找的意思，不是很恰当。但是职场英语中，find的意思和see一样。

Please Find Attached vs Please Find Enclosed

enclosed是以前邮寄的意思，侧重于实体邮件。在现代社会电邮中，用attached会更加合理。
